The Littmann^® 3M^™ Lightweight II SE Stethoscope is an affordable stethoscope for health care providers.  A solid aluminum chestpiece assures acoustic sensitivity and consistent high-frequency response.  A large open bell provides sensitivity to low-frequency sounds.

Lightweight and easy to carry.  Aluminum combination chestpiece produces reliable acoustic performance.  The eartubes are set at the proper anatomical angle so they don't need readjusting.  The patented Littmann^® 3M^™ Snap-tight Eartips remain secure, yet may be easily removed for cleaning or replacement. Soft-sealing Eartips also available.  Length:  28 inches.  Weight:  90 grams.  Two-year warranty.

When using the stethoscope be sure to index between bell and diaphragm mode.  Use bell side for low-frequency sounds.  Use diaphragm for high-frequency sounds.
